Rachael joined Bryan G Hall in 2015 and manages the Newcastle office. Specialising in Travel Planning and Sustainable Transport, Rachael has written and implemented Travel Plans for a range of developments including employment, education, residential, mixed use, and leisure developments and has extensive experience in Public Consultation. She has over 10 years professional experience.
She has been responsible for developing a wide range of Travel Plans, both for individual sites and site wide Area Travel Plans. Her experience includes undertaking site audits, reviewing national and local policy, identifying site specific measures, undertaking travel surveys and setting appropriate local targets to ensure that the Travel Plan accords with local policy and is bespoke for the development type and location.
Rachael has experience of successful partnership working with Local Authorities, network providers, major stakeholders, and other consultants. She has experience of working in Transport in the UK and in New Zealand, further professional experience of working in public engagement and working for the charitable arm of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and live music.
