PTP accommodates the headquarters of ARM Holdings PLC (ARM). ARM is the world’s leading provider of micro-processor and semiconductor intellectual property and currently employs around 1,200 staff at Peterhouse Technology Park.

The practice was involved in the masterplan lead approach to create a new headquarters building for ARM. A Transport Assessment and Travel Plan were produced for the planning application together with input into the design and layout of the scheme as a whole.

The scheme included support uses such as restaurants and a gym which are expected to reduce the number of trips made off-site in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
