Client : Kier Property Developments Ltd

Bryan G Hall produced a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for a planning application submitted by Kier Property Developments Ltd for a change in the quantum and make up of retail provision previously granted consent on land at Norcross Lane, Thornton Cleveleys.

The whole site benefited from an extant planning permission which was granted by Wyre Council in December 2015 for a mixed use site comprising B1 office, C3 residential and a local centre consisting of a supermarket, class A1 through A5 uses inclusive, together with means of vehicular access. The retail element was the key area of the assessment as it was expected to increase from a total of 4,319 sqm gfa which was previously associated with a large single food retail store, to 7,188 sqm.

The practice also carried out the Safety Audits for the site access and proposed off-site highways works.
