Bryan G Hall were appointed by The Henry Buck Partnership – to prepare a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to accompany a planning application to construct a mixed use retail and commercial development at the former Buslingthorpe Mills site off Buslingthorpe Lane, Leeds.

The site included a range of uses including a Discount Food Retail, Non-food Retail, Café and Industrial Units.

The scheme had challenging topography and Bryan G Hall assisted the architect in looking at the site levels and produced designs for the ramps into and the through the site.
