Bryan G Hall have been involved in the redevelopment of the Archer Road Retail Park in Sheffield since 2014. The initial commission was to prepare both a Transport Assessment and Framework Travel Plan as part of a planning application submitted by Litton Properties Ltd to extend the site. The application proposed the construction of a mixed use development (retail and gymnasium) with associated car parking provision and servicing facilities.
The granting of planning permission for the scheme would allow the present gym occupier of one of the current units to relocate freeing up the unit for retail use. Bryan G Hall were involved in the Change of Use application for the unit producing a Transport Statement and Framework Travel Plan.
As part of the pre-commencement conditions for the mixed use element Bryan G Hall were commissioned to produce a full Travel Plan identifying measures to encourage future occupiers to travel to the site by modes other than the private car.
